"I ordered from this site for the first time yesterday. I filled in the skin survey and received an answer today with a list of suitable products to use. I am very impressed with the prompt reply to my skin care concerns and the list of products recommended. Of course I have not received my order yet (as it was only ordered yesterday) but I have had notice that it has been shipped. I am looking forward to receiving my products and trying them."
