North America Shipping:
1-Standard and Expedited Shipping to Guam, Hawaii and Puerto Rico takes up to 4 weeks.
2-Delivery to APO addresses may take up to 6 weeks.
3-Only local residents (Greater Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada) may select "Store Pick up" Shipping option.

International Shipping (Outside North America):
1-All international (Outside North America ) orders will be labeled as "GIFT" and invoice is not included with the value of the products to prevent customs duty charges (Packaging slip without prices is included only).
2-International (Outside North America ) shipping cost above is for orders up to $200.
For orders over this limit the cost is higher and will be calculated during check out.

All Orders:
All Delivery times are an estimate. In most cases delivery is within the specified time. However in rare cases delivery may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstances.

Claims:
1-In a very rare case your order is not delivered within the above mentioned period, claims can be made 4 weeks after shipping date through Postal Service. Once the claim is approved a second shipment or refund will be made for your order. In such cases there is no extra shipping cost for the second shipment.
