So, for one of my (some what many this time?) New year resolutions is to learn all I can about ingredients, and to start writing down what I did or ate to help figure out my skin (when it looks good and when it doesn't).
What is yours for 2010?

not to get so caught up in it (especially reading online) and stick to the basics without jumping around to hyped up products
I will attempt to "resist" picking at my face whenever there is a blemish. I will also try to eat better since my skin is a reflection of what I put into my body.

That's a good one. I think the tanda/clarisonic will make it easier for me as there will be less blemishes, and it's a much kinder/gentler way to clean than I have done in the past.

I'm going to stick to an exercise program, and feel good about taking time out to pamper myself after letting myself get a little worn down from mommyhood. I am going to embrace 40, try to stay calm and keep up yoga. A happier mom is a better, more productive mom and being cranky only gives you wrinkles, lowers your immune system and is a big energy drain.
(I'm going to take pms as a sign to be kind to myself so I can be kind to others.)
Oh I forgot the most important one:
I have to get my schedule sorted out so I get at least 6 hrs sleep at night (after years of sleep deprivation)! The rest should follow.
