Infused with patented NIA-114, Evening Primrose Oil and Cucumber Extract, this multi-tasker goes beyond makeup removal to leave skin hydrated, nourished, and ready for eye cream. Evening Primrose Oil promotes visibly healthy skin and helps diminish roughness and signs of fatigue. Cucumber Extract soothes and comforts skin with emollient and moisturizing properties.

INSTRUCTIONS
Shake well to combine two phases. Using a cotton pad, apply to closed eyelid and wait a few seconds before gently wiping away. Use one cotton pad per eye.
