GABA, or gamma-aminobutyric acid, is an inhibitory neurotransmitter produced naturally in the body to help promote relaxation. It also plays a role in motor control and vision. Production of this neurotransmitter can be impacted by chronic stress and lifestyle choices, leading to anxiety, inflammation, and difficulty sleeping.
Adults: Take one (1) teaspoon, one (1) to two (2) times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Shake before use. Refrigerate after opening.
