If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased at eskincarestore.com or eskinstore.com, you may return them within 7 days of receipt of their order. If your product is outside of the 7-day return policy window, please feel free to contact one of our customer service representatives for further assistance. Note: If your order arrived damaged or defective, please bypass the instructions below and contact us by email or by calling 1-866-336-7546, Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM PST.
Customers are responsible for return shipment charges.
We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
Customers must obtain an RMA# and return their item(s) within 7 days, of receipt of their order.
Returned products are subject to inspection by eskincarestore staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials, and any original product packaging must be returned. No returns will be accepted for products that are more than 25% used.
All beauty tools, hair tools, devices, supplements and make-up products are final sale and non-returnable. We do not accept returns on products sold at discounted prices.
25% Re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.

- Obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).

Include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging. You are welcome to keep your free samples or gifts with purchase - those are yours!
If you still have it, please include a copy of your packing slip along with your RMA#.
