Password Hints & Resetting Your Password
For security reasons, eSkinCareStore requires a password for signing in to your account.
If you have forgotten your password, there are 2 ways to reset it:
- If you remember your login e-mail address, you can automatically reset your password. You will be asked for your login e-mail address and sent an email containing your password.
- If you do not remember your email address, you can contact Customer Service to reset your password.
Changing Your Login E-mail Address or Password
You can change your login e-mail address and password by clicking on E-mail Address and Password within your account. Please note that all your e-mail subscriptions and order confirmations will be sent to your new email address.
Updating Your Profile
To change your account information click on My Account and sign in.
My Account is located at the top of every eSkinCareStore web page. You can change your login, password, ship-to addresses, and billing information.
