INSTRUCTIONS

Ayurvedic application method: Warm in the hands first, then make long strokes to smooth from the shoulders towards the hands, and the thighs to the feet.

For adult use only. Not suitable during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Rinse hands after applying.
